It is reported that in the incident in the village of Gruemirë in Malësia e Madhe, last evening, around 100 bullets were used, causing terror and fear among the residents of the area.

Three citizens of the Kurtaj family from the village of Linaj in Malësia e Madhe were the victims of a gun attack. Two masked men on a motorbike shot at a vehicle carrying MK, BK, EK.

According to the testimony of these three people, everything started in the early morning hours of February 1. The two masked people who were heading towards a mountainous area on a motorbike suddenly shot with shotguns the security cameras in the Kurtaj family's apartment, which they had installed for security reasons.

After a few hours, in the afternoon after 18:00, the two citizens on the motorcycle returned and the three members of the Kurtaj family who were waiting for them to return recognized the motorcycle. At that moment, they tried to stop them to ask why the security cameras were shooting, but these two citizens, still unidentified, continued on their way.

The three members of the Kurtaj family were chased for about 10 minutes, but the two citizens started shooting with Kalashnikov assault rifles. The two perpetrators shot at the ground with the intention of stopping the pursuit of them and not at the vehicle.

The person who was in the back of the motorcycle during the escape fell to the ground and entered a field, continuing to shoot from there. Meanwhile, the other person continued on the road, also shooting until he managed to escape in an unknown direction. The three citizens of the Kurtaj family have given their testimony at the Malësi e Madhe police station, saying that they have no idea who the citizens are who initially shot the security cameras at the apartment in Linaj and then in their direction during the car chase.
