6 theft cases solved in Tirana / 30-year-old arrested

Police operations continue to uncover the thefts and bring their perpetrators to justice. Police Station No. 2 is finalizing the police operation codenamed "April".

6 thefts or attempted thefts committed during this month are solved. Their perpetrator, with a significant precedent for this crime, is identified and arrested. 1 cellphone, suspected of being stolen, is found and seized from this citizen.

As a result of investigations conducted with the aim of uncovering thefts reported by citizens or administrators of entities, during this month, the services of Police Commissariat No. 2 finalized the police operation codenamed "April".

During the operation, citizen TH, 30 years old, resident of Skrapar, was arrested.

Investigations suspect that this citizen stole 3 cell phones and a large amount of money from 2 stores, 1 liquor store, a market, and attempted to steal from 2 other entities.

Work is underway to uncover other thefts that the 30-year-old may have committed.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
