Murder in Vlora / Details emerge, who was threatening the victim?

New details have emerged regarding the murder of 58-year-old RH in Vlora. According to media reports, the motive being investigated is that the victim had his apartment in a coveted location for new construction.

Media reports that sources close to the 58-year-old's family have stated that the latter was worried after receiving threats to give up the land for construction but had not accepted.

A few meters away from the victim's apartment, a multi-story building has been built where apartment prices are high, reaching around 1,500 euros per square meter.

On the other hand, the authorities have questioned people about this issue. According to the same sources reporting the media, in contacts with relatives, the victim stated that he was receiving threats against his house with the intention of building there but was resisting./ CNA
