Fatbardh Lici's Murder/ Safet Bajri's Ex-Girlfriend Requests Freedom in the Appeal of the GJKKO

Safet Bajri's ex-girlfriend, citizen EA, has appealed the security measure of imprisonment in the Special Appeal.

She is suspected of committing the criminal offense of "supporting the perpetrator of a crime".

Her legal counsel opposes the coercive measure, arguing that the evidence presented by SPAK does not hold up.

EA is suspected of having assisted Safet Bajri and Astmer Bilal in the murder of Fatbardh Lici in Shkodra, an event that occurred in 2018.

During the session to assess the conditions of the security measure, Ago maintained a negative stance regarding the claims of the Special Prosecution Office, stating that she has no connection to the event and that on the day Fatbardh Lici was killed, she was in Tirana and not in Shkodra.

Safet Bajri, Astmer Bilali and Behar Bajri have also appealed to the Court of Appeal for the same event./ CNA
