The court of Saranda has imposed an indefinite prison sentence for the two brothers, 18-year-old Xhoi Tarja and 24-year-old Xhanelo Tarja, who are accused of murdering Klodian Bakiaj.

The two Tarja brothers are accused of "Intentional murder in cooperation".

According to the lawyer, the author of the incident was 18-year-old Xhoi Tarja. After the punches that the victim gave to the 18-year-old, the latter left for the moment to return again as the fight continued with the other brother Xhanelo Tarja. Xhoi stabbed Bakiaj, who did not manage to survive his injuries and died.
