Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Krimit Ekonomik dhe Financiar në DVP Tiranë, në vijim të punës për parandalimin, evidentimin dhe goditjen e veprimtarisë kriminale në fushën e kontrabandës me mallra të ndryshme, bazuar dhe në informacionet e marra në rrugë operative, se një shtetas mbante në farmacinë që administronte, sasi të konsiderueshme medikamentesh mjekësore, të dyshuara të kontrabanduara, organizuan dhe finalizuan operacionin policor të koduar "Medicaments", si rezultat i të cilit u arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasit:

- EH, 44 years old, pharmacy administrator and GB, 27 years old, pharmacist by profession, for the criminal offenses "Smuggling with other goods", "Trading and transportation of contraband goods", "Storage or storage of contraband goods" and "Infringement of industrial property rights.

During the control exercised in the pharmacy managed by the citizen EH and with the pharmacist citizen GB, the Police services found and seized as material evidence, significant quantities of medical medications, without a fiscal stamp from the National Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural actions. /CNA.al
