A 27-year-old man ended up in police custody, after being accused of the criminal offense of "theft".

It is known that he was caught in the act while stealing inside the premises of the Elbasan hospital.

The authorities also inform that the young man was the author of several thefts in Elbasan.

Police notification:

Elbasan/The coded police operation "The end" is completed, for solving 5 cases of theft.

Theft in the hospital premises of Elbasan, the 27-year-old man was arrested in the act.

The arrested, the author of several other thefts, which happened in the city of Elbasan, during this year.

Shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Elbasan, në bashkëpunim me Forcën e Posaçme "Shqiponja", menjëherë pas marrjes së njoftimit për një vjedhje në ambientet e spitalit "Xhaferr Kongoli", kanë organizuar punën në kuadër të operacionit policor të koduar "The end", me qëllim kapjen dhe nxjerrjen përpara përgjegjësisë penale, të autorit të këtij rasti.

Si rezultat, u bë e mundur kapja dhe arrestimi në flagrancë i shtetasit M. V., 27 vjeç, banues në Elbasan, për veprën penale "Vjedhja".

Nga veprimet hetimore, rezultoi se ky shtetas është autor edhe i një sërë vjedhjesh të tjera, konkretisht:

- On 23.03.2022, on "Rinia" street, he stole the handbag of a citizen;
- On 21.05.2022, he stole 2000 euros, in the apartment of a citizen;
- On 08.08.2022, in the "Luigj Gurakuqi" neighborhood, during the night, he broke into the apartment of a citizen, where he took items worth 100,000 new lek;
-On 14.09.2022, in the "Vulnetari" neighborhood, he broke the window of a vehicle and took 10,000 new ALL from inside it.

Investigative actions continue to clarify other thefts committed by this citizen.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Elbasan Judicial District Court, for further actions. /CNA.al
