They stole money while masked and at gunpoint/ The 2 suspected perpetrators were

Masked and under threat of a firearm-like object, they violently stole the daily turnover of a gas station. The two suspected perpetrators were identified, caught and arrested immediately after the crime.

The items used for intimidation, the masks and other clothing used during the crime, the stolen money, the vehicle with covered license plates used by the two citizens, as well as the cell phones used by these citizens, were seized.

As part of the operation, a few minutes after the incident, it was possible to identify, capture and handcuff two suspected perpetrators: citizens DI, 23 years old, and DS, 19 years old, both residents of Elbasan.

From the investigative actions it is suspected that on 15.09.2025, at around 23:00, citizens DS and DI, who were driving a vehicle with covered license plates, went to the gas station at the entrance to Librazhd. Masked and with an object resembling a firearm, they threatened the employee of the subject, took his daily turnover and quickly left.

After leaving the scene, to hide their perpetrators, they threw the item used for the threat, their masks and clothing, into the bushes of the village of Miraka.

During the operation, the Police services made it possible to find these items, which were seized as material evidence, along with the stolen money, cell phones and the vehicle of the arrested citizens.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Elbasan, for the criminal offenses of "Armed Robbery", committed in collaboration, and "Unlicensed Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition"./ CNA
