A 24-year-old man was stopped by the police today after driving at breakneck speed on the sidewalk in the city of Pogradec.

An administrative measure of 40,000 new lek was imposed on the citizen DS, and from the verifications carried out, it turned out that the vehicle is not currently owned by the citizen D. S, but by another citizen.

"Qarkulloi me shpejtësi tej normave të lejuara, në trotuar, në qendër të banuar, ndëshkohet me masë administrative 40 000 lekë të rinj, drejtuesi i automjetit.
Menjëherë pas publikimit të një videoje në rrjetet sociale, në të cilën shfaqet një drejtues automjeti që leviz me shpejtësi tej normave të lejuara, në trotuar, në zonë të banuar, në Pogradec, konkretisht në rrugën "10 Dëshmorët e Pojskës", shërbimet e Sektorit të Policisë Rrugore të DVP Korçë kanë bërë të mundur identifikimin dhe ndëshkimin e drejtuesit të automjetit që shfaqej në video, shtetasit D. S.
Për kundërvajtjen e kryer, konkretisht për shkelje të nenit 139, pika 3 dhe 8 të Kodit Rrugor, në bazë të ligjit nr. 8378, datë 22.07.1998, ndaj shtetasit D. S. u vendos masa administrative 40 000 lekë të rinj.
From the verifications carried out, it was found that currently the vehicle is not owned by the citizen D. S, but by another citizen.
The Korçë Local Police Directorate appeals to all road users to respect the rules of road traffic, in order to protect life and guarantee road safety , informs the police/ CNA.al
