Journalist Artan Hoxha has published several videos from Colombia, towards "La Catedral", the private prison that Pablo Escobar built for himself and members of the Mendelli Cartel before ending the war with the police by negotiating.

Hoxha also reveals some details from this prison, as he writes that it is located at a height of 2400 meters from where he could see Medellin from morning to evening.

Enjoy a "cafe de Colombia" in the company of Andres, before we go up to "La Catedral", the private prison that Pablo Escobar built for himself and 12 members of the Medellin Cartel.

During negotiations with the Colombian government, Escobar decided to stop fighting the police and surrender, agreeing to serve a minimum sentence on condition that he not be extradited to the United States.

Escobar built the prison himself, within 4 months, in a mountainous area surrounded by dense jungle at an altitude of 2400 meters, from where he could see Medellin from morning to night..." /CNA.al
