The Traffic Police of Tirana continues the dedicated controls, for the identification and punishment of violators of traffic rules who are a potential risk for involvement in traffic incidents.  

As a result of the dedicated controls, within the last 24 hours, four citizens who were driving vehicles, under the influence of narcotics, were arrested in the act. 

The Traffic Police Services, following checks to identify and punish drivers who violate traffic rules or drive vehicles in an irregular manner, arrested citizens red-handed for the criminal offense of "Driving vehicles in an irregular manner" :

- Xh. B., 28 years old, FB, 25 years old, GB, 28 years old, and EL, 38 years old. These citizens were caught driving vehicles under the influence of narcotics.
