Two people have been criminally prosecuted by the Durrës Police after they were caught red-handed organizing games of chance with mobile phones.

According to the police report, the two citizens are aged 19 and 34.

Police Notification: 

"They were caught red-handed in a bar, organizing games of chance, with mobile phones, 2 citizens are criminally prosecuted.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Durrës Police Station, following successive strikes against the illegal activity of games of chance, as a result of continuous controls in different premises, have discovered a bar where this activity was carried out.

Following the actions, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings have started in free status for the citizens KM, 19 years old and NH, 34 years old, both residents of Durrës. The 2 mobile phones used for this illegal activity were seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Durrës General Jurisdiction, for further actions."
