4 citizens tried to cross the drug vehicle in Montenegro/Prangosen border

As a result of intensive cooperation and a well-organized work by the structures of the DVP and DVKM, Shkodër, following the controls to combat illegalities at the border, with a focus on identifying and combating the criminal activity of drug trafficking, based on the risk analysis and in the selective checks, the coded police operation "Ecstasy" was finalized, as a result of which the citizens were arrested:

AV, 24 years old, resident of Kurbin, Laç;

EH, 23 years old, resident of Kuçovo;

NP, 22 years old, resident in Tirana;

EI, 64 years old, resident of Shkodër.

These citizens were presented at the Muriqan BCP, at the exit of the RSH, with the "Benz" type vehicle, with the driver citizen EI and passengers citizens AV, EH and NP. The Border Police Services have moved to the second line for more detailed control of the citizens and the vehicle they were driving.

As a result of the physical checks that the Police services carried out on 4 citizens, different amounts of narcotics cannabis, ketamine and ecstasy were found, divided into packages, which, from the investigative actions, it results that these citizens would traffic to Montenegro.

The narcotics, together with the vehicle in which these citizens were driving, a sum of money and 5 mobile devices, were seized as material evidence./ CNA.al
