2 Albanians declared internationally wanted were extradited this Wednesday.

It is known that he has been extradited from Germany, the 68-year-old with the initials SK He accused SB of attempted murder on February 8 of this year.

The 29-year-old GG, accused by the Italian authorities of being a member of a criminal group for drug trafficking, was also extradited to Italy.  

Police notification:

As a result of the continuous exchange of information, between Interpol Tirana and counterparts, with the aim of locating, capturing and extraditing internationally wanted citizens, 2 internationally wanted citizens have been extradited, namely: 

- as a result of cooperation with Interpol Wiesbaden, Germany, the Albanian citizen was extradited from Germany to Albania:

SK, 68 years old, resident of Shkodër. This citizen was declared internationally wanted after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Shkodër, with the decision dated 11.02.2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Deliberate murder", remaining in attempt and "Unauthorized production and possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". Citizen SK is accused of having attempted to kill with a firearm, citizen SB on 08.02.2024, in the neighborhood "Salo Halili", Shkodër. Citizen SB is located and captured in Germany, as a result of the joint operation coded "Coordination".    

- as a result of the cooperation with Interpol Rome, the Albanian citizen was extradited from Albania to Italy: 

GH, 29 years old. This citizen was declared internationally wanted after the Court of Turin, Italy, with the decision dated 09.02.2023, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Trafficking in narcotic substances" and "Criminal group", of provided by the Italian Criminal Code.

The citizen GH was located and captured in Durrës, on 07.11.2023, during the coded police operation "Location", developed by the Narcotics Investigation Section of the DVP Durrës, in cooperation with the Directorate of the Special Operational Force of the State Police. / CNA
