The murder of Pjerin Xhuvan/ The court requires the reconstruction of the crime

The Elbasan court is holding a hearing this Monday for the former RENEA officer, Arbër Paplekaj, in connection with the murder of Pjerin Xhuvan.

The court has examined the file in charge of Mehmet Greca, Taulant Ymeri, Riza Muja, while dismissing it for Klement Xhaferri.

The court decided to repeat the judicial examination, related to the verification of the witnesses, for whom the discussion was raised as to whether they had been taken as defendants. The court also decided to conduct an expert examination at the scene, constructing the scene of the crime.

We remind you that Paplekaj is accused of murdering businessman Pjerin Xhuvani, an event that happened before the 2021 elections/ CNA
