The armored "Mercedez Benz" of the "strong" in Shkodër

The Police Services, during the implementation of the plan of measures for the prevention of criminality and the fight against illegalities, in the city of Shkodra, escorted an armored vehicle to the premises of DVP Shkodra. 

After the verifications, it turned out that the driver of the vehicle, citizen SB alias SR, resident in the village of Dobraç, Shkodër, was driving without a license issued by the competent body. 

An administrative measure was imposed on the driver of the vehicle, in accordance with the Highway Code, as well as a complementary measure was implemented to block the "Mercedes Benz" type vehicle and confiscation procedures will begin.
