Specialists of the Illegal Traffic Investigation Sector of the Durres Local Police Directorate, after a month-long investigation with proactive methods, in cooperation with the Durres Prosecutor's Office, for the criminal offenses "Exploitation of prostitution" and "Prostitution", finalized the coded police operation " Storm", which took place in neighborhood no. 13, Plazh, Durrës.

Within this operation:

-the flagrant arrest of the GL citizen, 50 years old, born in China, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Exploitation of prostitution";

-criminal proceedings have been initiated against 7 citizens from China, for the criminal offense of "Prostitution";

- the Chinese citizen GL, 47 years old, one of the organizers of the group, and the Chinese citizen Y. Zh., 45 years old, manager of the group, were declared wanted for the criminal offense "Trafficking in human beings".

The investigative actions showed that Chinese citizens were recruited by a structured criminal group, part of which are Chinese citizens GL and Y. Zh., born and living in China.

These citizens, in cooperation with some other citizens in Vietnam, still unidentified, after recruiting Chinese citizens in China, sent them to carry out the criminal activity of prostitution in Albania, where they provided apartments and cars for rent to carry out this activity.

The investigations showed that this criminal group was represented in Albania, by the GL citizen, who did the management and financial control of the Chinese citizens who carried out criminal activity in Albania. The amount of money obtained from this criminal activity, this citizen sent to the citizen Y. Zh., who lives in Bahrain, who divided the money, 25% of the profit was taken for himself, 35% was taken by the group that led the activity criminal from Vietnam and 40% took the recruited girls, as salary, to the bank.
