585 kilograms and 208 grams is the amount of cocaine seized in the operation of the Greek police this Friday in Thessaloniki.

The drugs were found packaged in 500 packages, some of which bore Nazi symbols. 

During the operation, 5 people were arrested, 4 of whom are Albanians with family ties.

Local media reports that the 50-year-old man of Albanian origin is the leader of the drug-trafficking gang.

Cocaine was seized as part of investigations in the areas of Agia Triada and Neo Epivata of Thessaloniki, during the time when two of the arrested were traveling in rental cars.
