The Elbasan police have arrested the 32-year-old SM citizen, a resident of Elbasan.

The blue uniforms have executed the order of the Prosecutor's Office for the arrest of this citizen.

The court of Elbasan has sentenced the 32-year-old woman to 4 years and 8 months in prison after she collided with the driver of a motorcycle on the Elbasan-Cërik road axis in 2022, who lost his life.

"The services of the Elbasan Police Station executed the order of the Prosecution, for the detention of the citizen SM, 32 years old, resident in Elbasan, because the Elbasan Judicial District Court has sentenced this citizen to 4 years and 8 months of imprisonment (of which she has the remaining another 3 years and 3 months), since in 2022, on the Elbasan-Cërik road axis, the vehicle he was driving collided with a motor vehicle whose driver lost his life", informs the Elbasan police./ CNA
