Cannabis distribution in Tirana/ A 21-year-old man is arrested

A 21-year-old man was arrested this Thursday in Tirana, after being caught by police with doses of cannabis ready for sale.

Police Announcement: 

Thanks to police intelligence, another case of distribution of cannabis narcotics has been cracked by the "Eagle" Special Force.

The 21-year-old was arrested for traveling by taxi to avoid police checks.

Doses of suspected cannabis narcotics are seized.

The "Eagle" Special Force, in cooperation with the Narcotics Investigation Section, thanks to police intelligence, captured and arrested in flagrante delicto citizen EN, 21 years old, resident of Tirana.

This citizen, to avoid police checks, was traveling by taxi. During the intervention of the Police services, the 21-year-old was caught circulating as a passenger in a taxi vehicle, on “Pavarësia” street. During the physical search and the apartment of the 21-year-old, the Police services found and seized as material evidence, doses of the narcotic substance cannabis and a mobile phone.
