Assets worth around 900 thousand euros belonging to a 32-year-old convicted of

Assets worth 875,000 euros, owned by a 32-year-old man who is currently serving a sentence for premeditated murder and participation in a criminal group for drug trafficking, have been seized.

Specialists of the Money Laundering Investigation Section, in cooperation with specialists of the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets, within the framework of a criminal proceeding led by the Tirana Prosecution Office, executed, within the framework of the "Asset lock" operation, the decision of the Tirana Court, for the seizure of 5 assets owned by citizen PP, 32 years old, who is currently serving a sentence, for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Trafficking in narcotics" committed within the framework of a structured criminal group.

The seized assets, specifically: 2 garages, 1 apartment, 1 plot of land and 1 commercial entity were registered in the name of the 32-year-old or his family members.

Work continues to trace and seize other assets suspected of being the source of this citizen's criminal activities.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action./CNA
