An illegally occupied space, converted into a parking lot, in Astir is being vacated.

The 54-year-old man who had occupied the space is being prosecuted, and the parked vehicles are being towed.

As a result of patrols and verifications carried out systematically and based on information obtained in operational ways, the services of Police Commissariat No. 6, in cooperation with the Municipal Police and IMT services, found that a public space, on "Teodor Keko" Street, had been occupied in violation of the law and had been turned into a parking lot.

At the conclusion of the investigative actions in the case, proceedings were initiated in the absence of the suspected perpetrator of this illegality, citizen FM, 54 years old, for the criminal offense of "Land occupation". /CNA
