The services of the Special Force "Eqiponja", in cooperation with Police Station No. 1, following the work for the prevention and suppression of criminal activity in the field of illegal possession of weapons, based on the information provided on the operative route that on "Agush Gjergjevica" street, in a vehicle, 1 armed citizen was circulating, have organized work and have successfully completed the coded police operation "Passenger".      

As a result of this operation, the following citizens were caught and arrested red-handed:  

- E. K., 45 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, për veprat penale "Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municionit", “Prodhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e armëve të gjuetisë dhe sportive” dhe “Mbajtja pa leje e armëve të ftohta”;   

- M. M., 33 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, për veprën penale "Moskallëzimi i krimit".

Në rrugën "Agush Gjergjevica", shërbimet e Policisë kanë ndaluar automjetin me drejtues shtetasin M. M. dhe pasagjer shtetasin E. K.

During the search of the EK citizen's handbag, the Police services found and seized, as material evidence, a firearm, a pistol, combat ammunition and a silencer. Following the actions, during the control of the residence of the EK citizen, the Police services found a sporting rifle, three knives and combat ammunition.
