Following the work to combat criminal activity in the field of production and sale of narcotics, based on the information gathered during the operation about two citizens who possessed and distributed heroin narcotics, in the city of Elbasan, the Narcotics Investigation Section and The Operational Section at DVP Elbasan, successfully organized and finalized the coded police operation "Share", in which the arrest and red-handed arrest was made for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", of the citizen: 

EK, 37 years old, resident of Elbasan, previously convicted for the same criminal offense.

Citizen ER, 28 years old, resident of Elbasan, is also wanted.

The EK citizen was arrested in the act by the Police services, after a quantity of suspected narcotic heroin was found and seized as material evidence during the search of the vehicle he was driving. Following the actions, during the search in his apartment, 4 mobile devices, an electronic scale and a sum of money suspected to have benefited from criminal activity were found and seized. 

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the citizen announced as wanted ER is also an accomplice in this criminal activity. Efforts are being made to catch him and to fully document the criminal activity of these citizens./ CNA.al
