During the searches in his apartment, 2 Kalashnikov-type firearms, as well as combat ammunition, which he possessed without permission, were found and seized.

The 43-year-old is charged with the criminal offense of "Unlicensed possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and combat ammunition."

Meanwhile, it is announced that the firearms will be sent to the Institute of Scientific Police to verify whether or not they have been used in previous criminal events.

The police operation codenamed "No Guns 2" is being finalized to crack down on illegal gun possession.

The 43-year-old was arrested for possessing an automatic firearm.

2 Kalashnikov-type firearms and combat ammunition were seized.

The services of the Fier Police Commissariat, in implementation of the plan of measures for the control and capture of persons who circulate with firearms or keep them in their homes without a permit, in cooperation with the services of the "Eagle" Special Force, based on information obtained in the operational route, finalized the police operation codenamed "No Guns 2".

As part of this operation, a 43-year-old citizen, resident of the village of Levan, Fier, was captured and arrested.

During the search of this citizen's apartment, the Police found and seized 2 Kalashnikov-type firearms, as well as combat ammunition, which he possessed without permission.

The firearms will be sent to the Scientific Police Institute to verify whether or not they have been used in previous criminal events.
