Finalizohet operacioni policor "Laguna" mbi dokumentimin e plotë të ngjarjes së ndodhur datë 7 Mars në Patok, ku mbeti i plagosur shtetasi B. P.

Blutë bëjnë me dije se kanë lokalizuar dhe vënë në pranga autorin e dyshuar, të identifikuar si shtetasin me iniciale B. S. 56 vjeç, banues në Milot.

Pas një konflikti të çastit për motive të dobëta, ai plagosi me armë gjahu çifte 49-vjeçarin, i cili pas mjekimit në spital, ndodhet jashtë rrezikut për jetën.

Ajutori u gjet në një banesë të braktisur në fshatin Fushë Milot, Kurbin, ku ishte fshehur e strehuar.

Gjithashtu, në momentin e kapjes, iu gjet e sekuestruar në cilësinë e provës materiale arma e gjahut çifte, e dyshuar e përdorur ditën e ngjarjes, të cilën e kishte të regjistruar me leje përkatëse në emër të tij.

Ndërkaq, materialet procedurale iu referuan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës Shkallës Parë Kurbin për veprat penale " Vrasje me dashje' mbetur në tentativë" dhe "Prodhimi e mbajtja pa leje e armëve të gjuetisë dhe sportive"./ CNA.al
