A 43-year-old woman ended up in handcuffs, after she had made available the bar she managed, for practicing the illegal activity of prostitution.

In the investigation of this case, 3 other citizens.

Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Trafiqeve të Paligjshme të Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Fier, mbështetur nga inteligjenca informative, për një ambient (lokal) të vënë në dispozicion të ushtrimit të veprimtarisë së kundërligjshme të prostitucionit, si dhe në bazë të provave të siguruara si rezultat i një hetimi disamujor, në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë e Fierit, kanë organizuar dhe finalizuar operacionin policor të koduar “Penaliteti”.

Si rezultat i këtij operacioni, u ekzekutua masa e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”, caktuar nga Gjykata e Shkallës së Parë Fier, për shtetasen Y. N. (XH)., 43 vjeçe, banuese në Fier, për veprat penale “Mbajtja e lokaleve për prostitucion” dhe “Shfrytëzimi i prostitucionit”.

Also, a 27-year-old citizen and 2 other citizens, 26 years old and 35 years old, were prosecuted for the criminal offense "Prostitution", in the investigation for involvement in this illegal activity.

The work continues for the identification and prosecution of other citizens implicated in this activity.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Fier, for further actions.
