Cocaine worth 1.5 million euros/ Drug dealers from the Balkans are arrested

The Austrian police managed to track down a drug gang from the Balkans who were selling drugs in Europe

The street crime fighting unit, after an intensive investigation, arrested three people suspected of selling narcotics.

They are citizens of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Hungary and Croatia, who were arrested in the 14th district of Vienna (Pencing).

The arrested were found with 11.3 kilograms of cocaine, the value of which is estimated at 1.5 million euros, as well as cash in the amount of 8,990 euros, reports Euronews.

A gun with a removed serial number and a vehicle used for drug smuggling were also found.

The investigation showed that the two arrested transported drugs from Hamburg to Vienna and then stored them in the basement of the third member of the gang.

Half of the total of 11.3 kilograms of cocaine was found in the basement, while the rest was found in a car and a backpack, police said.
