After years on the run, the most wanted man is caught by justice

The authorities have arrested the much-wanted S.Ç, 39-year-old who has been on the run for 4 years.
In 2020, S.Ç shot with a Kalashnikov at several people in a bar in Velçan i Mokërs.

Çela appeared on the scene again on April 26, 2024, when he threatened the employees of the economic aid task force in Mokre and managed to wipe them out again.

"This afternoon, after some information received on the operative route, the police learned that he had returned to his apartment in the village of Velçan. After the organization of the action led by Commissioner Elton Halili himself, the police officers surrounded the apartment and made it possible to arrest the 39-year-old man", the police announcement states.

According to the information received from the police, he is being transported to the detention cell in Drenova.
