The criminal incident in a family in Tirana is prevented

Within the last few hours, thanks to the timely intervention of the services of Police Station No. 1, another criminal event is prevented, in a family.

The 50-year-old man was put in handcuffs because he used violence, continuously, against his wife and children, and threatened them with their lives.

Services of Police Station No. 1, following the work for guaranteeing order and security and putting before the legal responsibility of every citizen, which constitutes a potential risk for the safety of others, after receiving the notification that in Shkoza, a citizen was threatening his wife with a cutting tool , that he would kill him, immediately organized the work for the prevention of the possible criminal event, the complete legal documentation of the case and bringing the suspected author to criminal responsibility.

As a result of quick actions, citizen AB, 50 years old, resident of Shkoza, was arrested in the act.

The AB citizen, yesterday, and continuously, in Shkoza, used violence against his wife and their children, as well as threatened them with a cutting knife, that he would kill them.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions.
