He raped his wife and their 4 minor children, as well as threatened them with life, with cutting tools, the 50-year-old was caught red-handed and put in handcuffs.

2 cutting tools (axe and knife) are seized.

After receiving the notification, yesterday evening, that a citizen was raping and threatening his wife and 4 minor children, in their apartment, in the village of Toplane, the services of the Vau i Deja Police Station organized the work and went to the scene.

As a result, the perpetrator of the case, PL citizen, 50 years old, was caught red-handed and put in handcuffs.

Also, 2 cutting tools (axe and knife) were seized as material evidence, with which the arrested man threatened to kill his wife and children.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
