Anti-drug operation "Voskopi"/ 4 people are arrested

The police have finalized the Voskopi anti-drug operation. CNA has learned that 4 people were arrested: Gentian Guri, Andon Demirshan, Anesti Burda and Redion Hamitaj.

The Narcotics Investigation Section of DVP Korçë, during intensive controls in the territory and in closed premises, to combat criminal activities in the field of narcotics, have provided information on the adaptation of an environment for drying narcotic plants and preparing narcotics for sale. .

The Police Services, as part of the coded police operation "Voskop", immediately intervened in the premises of the warehouse owned by the citizen Andon Demirshan, in the village of Voskop, where they caught red-handed and arrested the following citizens:  

Andon Demirshan, 43 years old, resident of the village of Voskop, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in cooperation and "Theft of electricity and telephone pulses";  

Gentian Guri, 43 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics", committed in collaboration, "Production and illegal possession of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Forgery of documents";

Anesti Burda, 43 years old, resident of the village of Bulgarec and Redion Hamitaj, 35 years old, resident of Cërrik, for the criminal offense of "Commitment of crime".  

Also, in the premises of the warehouse, 3 citizens were caught in the act, for whom the proceedings began in a free state, for the criminal offense of "Disobedience of crime".  

Following the investigations, he was identified as being involved in this criminal activity and the SD citizen, 38 years old, living in the village of Voskop, was declared wanted. During the search in his apartment, 2 narcotic plants were found cultivated, as well as small amounts of narcotics cocaine and cannabis. 

The work continues for the capture of this citizen and for the complete documentation of this criminal activity.
