Excavated the land for mining/ One processed in Klos

Police Notification:

Klos/ The Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Klos Police Station, referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, for the criminal offense "Land Misuse", and the criminal proceedings began in a free state for the NP citizen, 32 years old, resident in Durrës.

This citizen, being the administrator of a private entity, in the place called "Neck of the Buffalo", inside the forest economy, has introduced three heavy work vehicles, with the purpose of excavating the land for mining exploitation.

In cooperation with the IMT of Klos municipality, three vehicles belonging to this entity were blocked.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance Dibër, for further actions./ CNA
