Abuse of tenders/ 41-year-old man arrested, sentenced by GJKKO to 6 months in prison

Following the work for the capture of citizens wanted for various criminal activities, the services of the Gramsh Police Station, supported by police intelligence, made it possible to capture the wanted citizen and executed the order of the Prosecutor of the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecution and Organized Crime Tirana, for the arrest of the citizen A. Rr., 41 years old, resident in Gramsh.

The Special Court of First Instance against Corruption and Organized Crime has sentenced the 41-year-old to 6 months in prison, for the criminal offense "Violation of equality of participation in public tenders or auctions" committed in cooperation.
