"The matter is very delicate because it is about a minor child. My client pleads nothing but innocence and denies molesting the minor girl. A lawful arrest and detention in prison was imposed. We requested his immediate release as according to the claims and charges, no reasonable doubt can be proven that this person will continue to be in custody.

The prosecution presented the statements of the minor girl and her mother. You also published them in the media, the girl stated that she touched me and kissed me on the lips, the mother did not state this fact. Only these two pieces of evidence are essential, then there is the inspection of the store, relevant evidence for the situation and the charge brought against him, for now there are only these two pieces of evidence.
