The incident with the teenagers in Vlora / New details emerge

New details are being learned about the case of teenagers in the city of Vlora, who were encouraged to use narcotics and one of them fell victim to sexual abuse.

The incident was reported to the police by the mother of the girl who was sexually abused. It was the girl who told her mother about the incident, the people involved and the entire scene. Afterwards, the mother and the girl went to the police, reporting the case.

As for how the incident happened, it is learned that the girls went to a hotel in the city of Vlora of their own free will. One of the girls is suspected of having been in contact with Rinald Rakipaj, who was the perpetrator of this incident, for a long time. The latter then convinced the minor girl not only to go to the hotel with him, but also to take her two friends with her.

Driven by curiosity, the girls, urged on simultaneously by the two people involved, who are also friends, consumed cocaine. Rakipaj then separated from the group with one of the girls and began the abuse.

Meanwhile, Rinald Rakipaj's friend was consuming narcotics with the other two underage girls, confirming once again that there was no sexual abuse with the other two girls.

After reporting the incident to the police, officers arrested the 33-year-old man, who was questioned. He initially denied the charges, but when confronted with evidence, he admitted to the serious incident, admitting it and explaining the dynamics.

The author admitted to the incident, but stated that he had been in contact with one of the minor girls for a long time and that the teenagers had gone to the hotel on their own accord.
