The Prosecutor's Office of Fier completed the investigations and sent 81-year-old ST to trial for the criminal offense of 'Sexual Harassment'.

The elderly man was accused on October 29, 2022 by the citizen E.Ll, that he had sexually harassed her minor daughter.

The prosecution, in cooperation with the judicial police, managed to prove that the 81-year-old man committed concrete acts of a sexual nature to the detriment of the minor, consuming the elements of the criminal offense "Sexual harassment", provided by article 108/a pg.2 of the Criminal Code .

At the end of the investigations, the Prosecutor's Office filed charges for the criminal offense of "Sexual Harassment", provided for by Article 108/a, pg. 2 of the Criminal Code and requested that this proceeding be sent for trial./ CNA
