During the usual patrol in "Prek Cali" square, the police officers of the "Shqiponja" Special Force found a vehicle and signaled it to stop, in order to check for illegal items. The vehicle was driven by an EL citizen, 19 years old. 

During the physical check on the 19-year-old, this citizen tried to run away, but was caught and detained by the services of the "Shqiponja" Special Force.

At the moment of escorting the vehicle, the Police services were strongly opposed by the citizens MD, 29 years old and MM alias MD, 38 years old (brothers), who committed violent acts during the escorting of the vehicle and in the internal premises of the Local Directorate ./ CNA
