Investigations in Belgium and SPAK/ "Copja" Clan, how the powerful

Getting off a private jet doesn't always mean power. One gets off such a plane even then his drug empire and unimaginable wealth has begun to crumble under his feet. This also happened to Franc Çopjas, or as he was known in Belgium, Franc Gergely.

The Albanian drug lord lived like a king in his million-dollar villa in Dubai, orchestrating brutal strikes and moving massive drug shipments across Europe. But on September 14, 2023, his secret luxury could not save him from extradition to Belgium. The ruthless, once untouchable leader made his last journey from Dubai on a private plane, to end up in a Belgian prison cell.

The story of Franc Çopjas begins in Elbasan, his hometown. Although very young, only 31 years old, the youngest of his brothers, Ervini and Hajdari, Franci had a very ordinary life. But his life took a sharp turn very quickly. Like many young people in Elbasan, Franci got involved in petty crimes. But little things can add up very quickly. He was ambitious and his knack for business, even illegal ones, saw him quickly rise through the ranks of the local underworld. In his early 20s, Franci began to make a name for himself. He was no longer just a street thug. He had begun to gain strong power and influence. Franc ?opja didn't just want to be a criminal like everyone else, he wanted to lead big things. Thus he formed the "Chopja" clan. A ruthless and tight-knit group. It wasn't just a gang, it was an organized crime family.

Even in Belgium they consider it a mafia. They managed to get their hands on everything. From drug trafficking, weapons and of course money laundering. The Franc Çopjas clan quickly ranked as a major player in the Albanian criminal scene, known for its brutal methods and international connections. From Albania they expanded their operations throughout Europe. The "Chopja" clan did not stay only in their territory, but became global. One of their main operations was drug trafficking. The clan was heavily involved in cocaine, importing massive quantities from South America. We are not talking about a small smuggling operation. We are talking about the main shipments that the Albanian clan passed through the main European ports, such as Antwerp and Rotterdam. The drug, which came hidden among other substances, was processed in secret laboratories before being distributed throughout Europe. The profits were colossal and the money earned from this activity was returned to Albania. But Franci did not stop there. His clan was also deeply involved in the arms trade.

They supplied weapons to other criminal organizations adding another layer of income and influence to their empire. And of course all that dirty money was somehow laundered and the Chopja clan had sophisticated methods to make their illegal profits legal. Franc Çopja, after becoming empowered in the world of Albanian crime, decided to rise higher. He moved his entire operation to Dubai, a place known for its luxury, reputation and considered a safe haven for criminals with deep pockets. In this form, Francis wasn't just looking for a new base, he was aiming for a castle. He settled in a million dollar villa in the heart of Dubai Hills. The move to Dubai allowed Franc to expand its operations on a global scale. He was not content with just running things in Albania or even in Europe. From his new base he orchestrated a vast network of international drug trafficking and organized crime.

Life in Dubai was a stark contrast to the seedy streets of Elbasan, where Franci began his criminal career. He lived like a king in his villa in Dubai. It was built to his specifications, a symbol of the power and influence he wielded. A mansion fit for a drug lord. At this point everything was going according to his calculations. The drug trade was the biggest source of profits he had. The Chopja clan processed the drug in hidden laboratories across Europe before selling it across the continent. The profits were returned to Albania, financing even more criminal activities. But Franci didn't just stop to count the money. He was strategic and ruthless in ensuring that his empire ran smoothly. He kept a low profile in Dubai and rarely got his hands dirty himself. Instead, he ran his operations from the shadows using coded messages and trusted soldiers to manage day-to-day affairs. His network of assassins ensured that anyone who crossed him or his clan was swiftly eliminated. At least 9 assassinations have been attributed to Franc Çopjas. Although Francis himself was rarely directly involved. The luxury and safety of Dubai allowed him to feel untouchable. He mingled with the rich and powerful in Dubai's high society while running one of Europe's most feared criminal organizations from his castle in the Dubai Hills. But when one stands at the top of the chain, fierce competition is inevitable. Enter one of the most intense rivalries in the history of organized crime.

Investigations in Belgium and SPAK/ "Copja" Clan, how the powerful

The clash starts between the Franc Çopjas clan and the Alibej clan, headed by Ardit Spahiu. The first spark was provided by a massive shipment of cocaine that disappeared in Great Britain. It was not a simple shipment, but a colossal amount. When it disappeared, both clans pointed the finger at each other. The Chopja clan, known for their international drug-trafficking kingpin, was deeply involved in the European cocaine market. On the other hand, Ardit Spahiu, a ruthless leader of the Alibey clan, operated from Elbasan and was equally rooted in the drug trade. This lost cargo was a major dispute and its disappearance was enough to spark a violent and bloody confrontation between these two powerful factions.

Ardit Spahiu was not just another gangster, he was a key player in the Albanian underworld, known for his brutal tactics and extensive criminal network. The Alibej clan, like that of Çopja, had a significant presence in both Albania and Europe, making them formidable rivals. Their operations and reputations were on the line, and the blame game for the missing cocaine led to an all-out war marked by escalating violence and multiple killings. Both clans were heavily involved in international drug trafficking and the stakes were extremely high. The Çopja clan, under the ruthless leadership of Franc Gergely, stood out for its brutal methods, on the other hand, the Alibej clan with Ardit Spahiu at the head was equally ruthless and determined to maintain its dominance. The rivalry quickly turned personal and the violence that followed was unprecedented. During this time they began to move their activity from Elbasan to the streets of Brussels. They weren't just looking for a new market, they wanted a place where they could operate with less pressure from the authorities. Belgium's bustling port cities and strategic location offered them just that. The move to Belgium was not only to escape the Albanian law enforcement agencies, but also to seize new opportunities. The European drug market was lucrative and Brussels provided the perfect hub for the distribution of cocaine across the continent. The Alibey clan established in the commune of Sait-Jans-Molenbeek, a dark area of ??Brussels known for criminal activities, where they were able to engage in the recruitment of local criminals and create a strong base. They had safe houses, drug processing labs and a network of distributors. Their rivals, the ?opja clan, led by Franc ?opja, had extended their operations to Belgium as well, forming the backbone of their bloody feud. One of the most shocking events in this deadly conflict happened on November 27, 2020. Ardit Spahiu, the main figure of the Alibej clan was leaving a cafe in Brussels. It was early evening and he probably thought he was safe, but as he got out of a black "Golf", an armed person came out and opened fire with an automatic machine, catching him by surprise and leaving him no chance to react. He was shot 18 times and 8 of the bullets hit him to death.

The investigation into Spahi's murder revealed how deep the rivalry between the two Albanian clans had penetrated. The initial plan was not only to kill Ardi Spahiu, but to exterminate his entire family. The two killers involved in the execution were later arrested in Spain and Germany, proving the international scope of this deadly crackdown. The level of violence was shocking even by the brutal standards of the Brussels underworld. But this was only one of the many blows of Franc ?opjas and his clan. Franci was linked to at least 9 contract killings, 6 of which took place in Albania, further cementing his reputation as a ruthless leader. One of the most sensational murders attributed to him was that of Ardi Spahi. The violence did not stop with Spahi's death. The feud between the Çopja and Alibey clans only continued to escalate. Both sides were heavily armed ready to go to extreme lengths to prove their dominance. The Alibej clan known for its brutal tactics retaliated and the cycle of violence continued. For Franc Çopjan, the execution of Ardi Spahi was a clear message. It was meant to show that he was untouchable and that anyone who crossed him or his clan would meet a swift and fatal end. But while Franci was celebrating the glory of his drug empire, law enforcement was looking for him. Decrypted Sky messages later revealed the extent of Franc ?opja's involvement in these murders. These coded communications provided chilling insight into his activities, including photos and videos of torture and executions. This rivalry was not only about business, but it had also become personal. The missing cocaine shipment was merely indicative of a much deeper conflict. Both clans had a long history of violence and a fierce determination to control the lucrative drug trade. The strikes, brutal tactics and international reach of their operations made this one of the bloodiest clashes in the world of organized crime. This then led to an intensive and highly successful investigation by the Belgian authorities that led to the overthrow of Franc Gergely (Çopjas). The key to cracking this case was SKY. An encrypted messaging program that criminals believed was impenetrable. Planning crimes, from drug trafficking to assassinations, all under the illusion of complete secrecy, was actually the end of some of the crime bosses. But they didn't know that, and it was in the law enforcement agencies' favor that they were one step ahead of them this time. Belgian and international authorities cooperated perfectly to crack down on dangerous clans. They managed to decipher the messages on SKY and what they found was a treasure for justice, just like opening Pandora's box. These messages contained detailed plans, lists of crimes being prepared,even photos and videos of brutal acts committed by the Çopja clan. The coded communications were a gold mine of evidence that provided a chilling picture of the criminal activity of the Chopja clan. The decrypted messages gave investigators a roadmap of the group's activities, exposing the inner workings of their criminal empire. With this newly discovered intelligence, the law enforcement agencies were sure that they now had a real chance to take down Franc Çopjan.

In October 2021 the game changed. A massive coordinated operation was carried out, involving 1,100 police officers across Belgium. This was no ordinary action, but a large-scale attack on Franc Chopja's empire. The goal was simple: Dismantle the Albanian cocaine network he had built. The scale of this operation was unprecedented, showing how serious the authorities were about taking him down. The operation revealed 11 cocaine laboratories and 5 cannabis plantations. It was about large facilities where massive amounts of drugs were processed. In the end, more than 32 tons of cocaine, villas, expensive cars and luxury apartments worth more than 7 million euros were seized. It was a significant blow to the activity of the Çopja clan and a clear message about the determination of the legal authorities. But it wasn't just about drugs. The operation also led to the arrest of numerous gang members, with the courts poised to launch the biggest criminal trial ever held in Belgium, with 142 suspects in the huge courthouse known as the "Justitia building in Evere". The evidence against Franc Çopjas was numerous. The SKY messages had revealed not only his drug operations but also his involvement in numerous criminal stings.

Investigators found gruesome images of torture and executions. All these showed Frnac Çopjan as the organizer. It was clear that he was not just a drug lord, but a ruthless killer who ruled with fear and violence. On June 16, 2023, the federal prosecutor's office formally requested his arrest and extradition from the United Arab Emirates. Thanks to an extradition agreement signed in December 2021, Belgium had a legal framework to bring Franc Çopjan to justice. He was eventually arrested in Dubai on 14 September 2023 and extradited to Belgium, marking the first time a drug offender was returned from Dubai under the deal. Now Franc Copja is in a cell in Belgium. While his empire has already fallen and his future looks bleak. The investigation and crackdown on his illegal activity was a testament to the power of international cooperation and the determination of law enforcement authorities to bring down one of the most notorious drug lords of our time. This is how Belgian justice considers Franc Çopjan, for whom the fact that his terror came to an end was an extraordinary achievement.

In Albania

This is only one side of the story of the leader of the Çopja clan, as Belgian authorities see it. But in Albania there is another side. Here, the story of him and the two brothers, including those who worked for them, is narrated by two associates of justice, Nuredin Dumani and Erion Alibej.

In an operation that, in addition to the Albanian authorities, also involved several European Union states, carried out on July 31, 2024, several arrest warrants were executed, out of 33 that were signed by SPAK. Albanian authorities, in cooperation with Europol and Belgian, Dutch and French law enforcement agencies, arrested 15 suspected members of the Chopja clan, an Albanian organization that was being investigated by all these countries. The coordinated effort, called operation GORGON, culminated in a series of checks carried out in Tirana, against key figures within the criminal network. As a result, considerable assets were seized, including real estate and 1 million euros in cash. From the very name that this operation was coded, GORGON, which comes from Greek mythology, otherwise known as Medusa, seems to describe the features of this criminal, cruel and frightening organization.

After the end of this operation, the Special Prosecutor's Office officially announced that the investigations had started within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 75 of 2022, where the object was the criminal activity of a criminal organization, which was based in the city of Elbasan. This organization was led by the brothers Franc Gergely (otherwise Franc Çopja) and Hajdar Çopja. SPAK, in intensive cooperation with Eurojust, Europol and the Dutch, Belgian and French law enforcement agencies, has developed investigations related to several Albanian citizens involved in criminal activities in Albania, as well as in several other countries in Europe. It has also been investigated in connection with some previous criminal events that occurred in Albania. Investigations have proven that this criminal organization stands out for its special degree of structuring, stability, duration, intent to commit certain criminal offenses and its financial power. It is suspected that the criminal activity of the two Çopja brothers dates back to the years 2006-2007, where they initially carried out their criminal activity in Italy by distributing small quantities of cocaine-type narcotics. Over the years, they became very powerful from the sale and trafficking of drugs, where from Italy they expanded their criminal activity to other countries in Europe and beyond. Also, over the years their economic potential increased and consequently their position in relation to other groups changed as they established contacts, which were then given opportunities to establish direct links with important exponents of drug trafficking. narcotics. In order to dominate the market and establish their hegemony over other groups, this criminal organization in 2018 began eliminating opponents through paid assassinations, who had an important role in drug trafficking in Europe and beyond.

On the other hand, Eurpol also officially spoke about the successful operation, which calls the Çopja clan a high-profile Albanian organized crime group that was hierarchically structured, with branches operating internationally.

The gang consisted mainly of family members and associates from the same area in Albania. Members of the group are allegedly responsible for numerous contract killings, large-scale drug trafficking and laundering of illegal profits through complex cryptocurrency transactions. Among those arrested is a money launderer based in Tirana, who offered his services to several other high-level criminal groups engaged internationally in murder, corruption and large-scale drug trafficking, among other activities criminal. The investigation also revealed how the head of this organized crime group and his associates ordered the killing of several members of other Albanian criminal groups by contracting assassins. At least seven murders have been attributed to this specific criminal group between 2019 and 2020, a number of which were committed outside Albania.

SPAK investigations

SPAK investigations revealed that the Çopja brothers allegedly ordered 14 executions, while their participation in the organization of the robbery on the runway of Rinas Airport in 2019 was also documented. During the intensive investigations carried out by BKH investigators, under the direction of special prosecutors, it has become possible to document the criminal activity of suspected persons, as well as to identify some of the perpetrators of criminal events and the commission of criminal offenses, which were committed in cooperation, in the form of a criminal organization. Events such as:

The murder in qualifying circumstances of Endri Alibej, Arben Dylgjer and the Turkish citizen Erdal Duranay, an event that happened on December 29, 2018, in Bradashesh;

The murder in qualifying circumstances of Klevin Baho and the wounding of his brother, Aldo Baho", an event that occurred in July 2019, in the village of Broshke in Elbasan;

The murder in qualifying circumstances of Andi Zylyfi and the wounding of Ardi Uruçi, an event that occurred on December 13, 2019, in the village of Përparim in Peqini;

The murder of Klevis Kapllani happened on September 15, 2020, in the village of Sinaballaj in Rrogozhina;

The remaining attempted murder of Kei Piku, an event that occurred on January 16, 2020, in the "Kongresi i Elbasani" neighborhood;

The attempted murder of Irfan Aziz, an event that took place in November 2020, near the Pošnja roundabout on the Vajgurore Bridge;

Attempted armed robbery and attempted murder of State Police employee Minella Muçi, on March 23, 2018, in the "28 Nõntori" neighborhood, in Fier;

Armed robbery of monetary values ??that were to be transported on the Tirana-Vienna flight, an event that occurred on April 9, 2019, on the runway of the "Mother Teresa" airport, in Rinas.

SPAK's investigations have linked at least one of Elbasan's former judges, Pajtime Fetahun, who resigned from the justice system on November 16, 2022, just a few days before she had to undergo the vetting process, to the criminal organization. Also an employee of the court administration, 2 police officers and the deputy director of Bradashesh prison, Martin Musaj. According to the investigations, at least until this stage, it is a case of corruption in the judiciary, as it is suspected that one of the employees of the Court of Elbasan has shared secret data with the criminal organization.

And of course, finances are the strength of any criminal organization and law enforcement agencies aim to weaken them precisely by hitting them there as well. Despite the fact that the Çapja clan is considered not only a criminal but also a financial empire, during the operation it was possible to seize 1 million euros in cash. The money was found buried in the backyard of Hajdar Çopjas. The entire amount of money, in different currencies, is closed in a bank account administered by SPAK. On the other hand, the investigators believe that through the conversations held in SKY, they have revealed the line of money transfer from some foreign countries to Albania. Some of the main transfers were made through a currency exchange point managed by Maklen Mici and Bashkim Lika, both under investigation by SPAK for the charge of "Laundering the proceeds of a criminal offense". This currency exchange point, since September 13, 2007, is located on the street "4 kvarati" in front of the Bank of Albania in Tirana, where 60 percent of the shares are owned by Bashkim Lika and 40 percent of its ownership is owned by Maklen Mici. The same persons, on March 24, 2023, registered a construction company, aiming to build residential buildings in Tirana. According to SPAK, by conducting intensive investigations, interesting information was obtained regarding the assets, investments and assets of the Çopja brothers in Albania, the forms used by them, as well as the persons involved in the process of cleaning the proceeds of the criminal offense or activity criminal.

Hajdar Bako, also known by the surnames Hysa and Çopja, 40 years old, wanted by SPAK during the GORGON operation, was arrested in Dubai on May 22, 2024, after being sentenced to 4 years in prison for the criminal offense of "Serious injury with will". While, at least officially, it turns out that he was in Albania on February 6, 2021. The event for which he pleaded guilty took place in 2017, in the village of Katund i Ri, where Hajdar Çopja, known as "Dari i Elbasani", along with 4 other people, was involved in a conflict, during which he was shot and 3 people were injured. Chopja collided with Alfred Gjini, Klevis Gjini and Emiljano Gjini. While he himself was injured in this event, along with the three opponents. The name of Hajdar Çopjas became known to the prosecutors, after it emerged from the testimony of Nuredin Duman, who declared that he was one of the people who had paid to kill him. Dumani testified that Erion Alibej's group with the nickname "Krymi" and Hajdor Çopja's group, called "Dari" for short, competed to eliminate each other. At that time, Nuredin Dumani himself admitted to SPAK prosecutors that he had kept in contact with the two rival groups in Elbasan, that of Erion Alibej and Hajdar Çopjas.

Arjan Spahiu, who was killed in Belgium, was on the list to be executed by the Çopja brothers, who are the financiers. Talo Çela told me that if I carried out the murder of Arjan Spahi, he would give me 300 thousand euros.

The three brothers Çopja, Hajdari, Ervini and Franci were mentioned in the testimony given in SPAK by Nuredin Dumani, who identifies them as financiers, for the murder of Arjan Spahi in Belgium, the triple execution in Bradashesh and the plans to kill Erion Alibejn. Also, Erion Alibej himself, after the arrest, accused them as the people who killed his close people.

Arjan Spahiu and Erion Alibej or Rigers Spahiu, who was arrested on October 20, 2022, belong to the "Tarzan" group. This group got this name, as it was led by Endrit Alibej, who was otherwise known by the nickname "Tino" in Italy. The two Alibej brothers are suspected of running a drug trafficking group from the Netherlands. While they were suspected of trafficking and distribution of narcotics in the north and center of Italy. But the clash between the two criminal groups is suspected to have started in the United Kingdom, after the disappearance of 50 kilograms of cocaine. Endrit Alibej was executed in December 2018 near the Metallurgical Plant, in Bradashesh together with the Turk Erdal Durunay and his cousin Arben Dylgjeri. This massacre, within a short time, produced 6 more people killed. Executions, which, according to the investigation group, occurred as a result of the clash between two criminal groups and the motive was the disruption of drug deals.

A year later, in December 2019, another member of the Alibej group was executed. It is about the murder of Andi Zylyfi, who was the son of Endri Alibej's aunt. The event happened in the village of Përparim, on the national road Elbasan-Peqin, while he was in the car with Ardit Uruçin, his friend who fortunately escaped the assassination attempt. Seven months after this event, another murder occurs. At midnight on July 1, 2020, shots were fired at brothers Klevi and Aldo Baho. Klevi Baho was killed by the shooting, while his brother was wounded. Then Emiljano Ramazani, Regis Runaj and Bujar Çela, brother of Talo Çela, were also executed.

Erion Alibej, who is already in prison, at one point agrees to cooperate and turns into a repentant justice. But he made his confession in front of the Belgian prosecutors, who had come to Albania in connection with the investigation of the murder of Arjan Spahi that had happened in their country. Alibej finally admits that all the events, the murders of his men, happened because of the clash with the Çopja brothers and their clan. Although he did not accept that the spark that brought the bloody clashes was the missing drug in England. He even stated that his brother had once been friends with Çopjat. Part of this group is also Mikel Kamami, who is known as "Keli i Kiçi" and is also located in Dubai. In his testimony before the Belgian prosecutors, Erion Alibej explained the history of the clash with the Çopja group.

He has shown that the person killed in Belgium, Arjan Spahiu, whom he calls by the other name he was known by, Ardit, was the brother of his sister's husband, but he was closer to his brother, Endrit Alibejn. Erion Alibej says that at the time Spahi's murder happened, he was in prison and was notified by his brother-in-law by phone. At the moment, he did not have much information about how the event happened, as he only learned through what they told him on the phone. As for the activity that Spahiu was doing, he explained that he was dealing with the mixing of cocaine against the prices given by the people who provided him this service.

I'm sure they paid to kill him because Arditi was discovering their plans. With the work that Arditi was doing and considering a group like Çopjave, who dealt with cocaine, the connections they have and the money they have could have put anyone in the middle to get information, as well as a close friend of Arditi's identify him and his movements. I know that Arditi was in danger because he was the only person who researched from our ranks to find out how the events happened, who they were, and also who learned about himself that they were looking for him to kill him .

As far as Arditi told me, and in conversations around, there is talk of millions of euros for paid murders. For us, our opponents are the Çopja family, because we have invested a lot of ourselves to find out about this. Franc Çopja is the youngest of the 3 brothers, but the most important as he has connections with the narcotics businesses. From him have come the consequences of the events that have happened now, since they rely on a friend of theirs that they have known for 5 years, who is called Mikel Qosja (Kamami), who is wanted internationally for the murder of my brother. He lives in Dubai with his family, his daughter-in-law and a daughter. Franci has Moroccan friends and often goes to Morocco where they say he has invested in that country. The Moroccan is called "Baloti". He is a very well-known person all over the world and this has helped him a lot by opening the roads in cocaine trafficking. To this day they have admitted to everyone in Dubai that they are the organizers of these events.

Erion Alibej also spoke about the criminal activity of the Çopja clan, cocaine trafficking and their income. According to him, a shipment of 600 kilograms of cocaine seized in Brazil, with the logo of a football team in Elbasan, was theirs. As for the money that benefited from this activity, he says that they invested it in Dubai, where they bought houses in the most luxurious areas.

We had a relationship with the Çopja brothers and my brother Endriti used to hang out with them. Based on my analysis, starting from the first event when my brother was killed and to this day, I think that the clash was born as dissatisfaction and internal anger of those, since the Çopja brothers made an attempted murder in Elbasan to some other people. An event which was investigated by the police of Elbasan, between the Çopja brothers and a person named Ervis. Endrit from the other group of Ervis, one of his brothers was a good friend. One of those people asked Endrit for a loan, around 30,000 euros. When the Çopja family found out, it didn't feel good to them and started talking about how Endriti did not do well to give them the money. I heard that the Çopja family was a partner with an Englishman. They made the game themselves to get 25 kg from the 50 kg that was the amount. Through a person, 'Li?ja' who took to the Englishman with the claim that this was the person who had the merchandise and he lost it. As far as I know, the lich is called Ilir Lloshi from Elbasan, he is alive and is the same age as Çopjat. I ask the question how is it possible that Li?ja is alive and my people have been killed when it is assumed that the genesis of the murders is 50 kg of cocaine.

The other assassination, according to Erion Alibej, was against his childhood friend and there was one victim and one injured, two brothers, Aleksandër Baho and Klevi Baho, where the latter was killed. After that they also killed his uncle's son Andi Zylyfi, as well as Ardit Spahiu. Erion Alibej testifies that in Albania, all assassinations were organized by Mikel Qosja or Kamami.

According to the information we have and what Arditi has discovered, one of these organizers is Talo Çela from Elbasan, who I believe was involved in all the assassination attempts. I asked Arditi how you found this information and I remember that he told me that they had a meeting with Mikeli and Talo, as well as another guy named Altin, who met a person who came to me and at the funeral for respect and is called Dorjan Dule or Duli. According to Arditi, Mikel Qosja, Talo Çela and Altini, when they went to meet with Dorjani, they provoked him by saying that we eavesdropped on you when you were at Endri Alibej's funeral and we know that you will kill us, but how much money you will and kill Erion and Ardit Spahiu for us or otherwise give up and leave. I have never known Talo Çela personally, but I started to recognize his figure when the name of Çopja started to appear, where did his name come from.

So, from the testimony, for all these murders, Erion Alibej accuses the Çopja clan and Mikael Kamanin. But, even from Nuredin Duman's testimony, it is understood that the Çopja brothers are the ones who ordered the murder of Arjan Spahi. Duman has stated that 300,000 euros were offered for the murder of Arjan Spahi.

Arjan Spahiu, who was killed in Belgium, was on the list to be executed by the Çopja brothers, who are the financiers. Talo Çela told me that if I carried out the murder of Arjan Spahi, he would give me 300 thousand euros. Kel Kamami wanted to organize an assassination attempt by blowing up the entire palace where Erioni Alibej lived. There was talk of an amount of 2 million euros to carry out this assassination. Keli also sent me an SMS with Erion Alibej's nickname, which according to him was "Krymi". I told Arjan this fact.

The testimony of associates of justice, however reserved it may be, seems to clear everything up. And now, it seems that there are no more doubts about their authenticity. The conversations on SKY and many other pieces of evidence listed in the SPAK file speak clearly. The organization of paid murders in Belgium and Albania, the trafficking of tons of cocaine from South America to Europe, bears the signature of the Çopja brothers. Those who for many years remained in the shadows, even buying justice in some cases, seem to have made the law everywhere. They became untouchable, until Belgium managed to isolate their leader, Franc Çopjan, in prison. He took it from his castle in Dubai, when no one believed him, and today the dismantling of the most dangerous organization, as the Belgians themselves considered it, has begun. Many of the members of this clan were arrested and many others, who were rumored to have committed dozens of crimes, appeared again, although nothing is known about their fate, like Talo Çela. But 33 arrest warrants seem to be just the tip of the iceberg of a criminal empire. However, it seems that this empire began to collapse in December 2023, the evening when Franc ?opja got off the private plane with handcuffs and was isolated in a prison in Belgium. Others will most likely follow.
