He was barbarically violated/ Lawyer Mangjesi demands the release of the person
Lawyer Sokol Mngjesi

Lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi, who was barbarically raped on May 29 of this year, through a notarial statement, asks the Court of Tirana to release Dritan Nano, the person suspected of ordering the act, from the cell, with the argument that there is no personal conflict and nor criminal with this citizen.

Through the legal defender, Mangjesi, he filed such a statement in this Wednesday's session, where he requested the change of Nano's security measure.  

The trial panel did not consider the request, leaving in effect the security measure imposed on Nano.

Sokol Mêngjesi was raped by three people in the morning of May 29, after leaving the child in the kindergarten, in the area of ??the former block.

The people who participated in this conflict were Drivald Alia, Elton Kasaj and Romario Tabaku. The latter did not participate in the violence, but helped one of the perpetrators to remove him from the scene.

From the information, it is learned that Sokol Mêngjesi has recovered and started his work activity. Very soon, he is expected to participate in court hearings to protect the clients he represents.
