This Monday, Julian Meçe testified in court regarding the murder of Vajdin Lame and Klodian Saliu in 2005, where Emiljano Shullazi, Plaurent Dervishaj, Lulzim Berisha, Endrit Rusi and Endrit Taullai are accused.

Meç has stated that he has no acquaintance with the citizen Luftar Reçi, who has the status of an associate of justice.

He has shown that he knows Lulzim Berisha, while he has revealed that Plaurent Dervishaj was a neighbor and they were together in Dubai.

"I neither know Luftar Reçi nor have I had a relationship until this process started. From 2004-2011 I was serving a sentence for drug trafficking in Italy. I know Lul Berisha, we were friends. I also know Lenti (Plaurent Dervishaj), I am friends, we were neighbors in Durrës.

When we were in Dubai together with Lent, and the security measures were issued, Plaurenti expressed surprise and was indignant, saying that there was no connection. He told me that nothing connected him with Viktor Imer and Emiljano Shullazi. Lenti expressed his indignation that the Prosecutor's Office did not take into account other evidence that exonerates him in relation to the murders", he said.

We recall that Luftar Reçi claimed that in 2004, Lulzim Berisha had lunch at a table with Julian Meça and about 20 other people. According to him, this lunch happened after Berisha escaped an assassination attempt, but Meçe denied it./ CNA
