Operation "The Wanted" continues, as part of which a 48-year-old man wanted for blood feud murder has been arrested.

LL, 48, has been arrested in the UK with the aim of extradition to Albania.

The Elbasan Court has imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" on him, charged with 4 criminal offenses.

The incident for which the 48-year-old is accused occurred in 2021 in the village of Gjoçaj, Peqin, where AB was killed.

The 48-year-old is suspected of having played the role of organizer and financier of this murder, as well as providing the means and conditions for its commission.

An Albanian citizen with high social risk, wanted for murder due to blood feud, has been captured and arrested in the United Kingdom.

As a result of the exchange of information between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Manchester, Albanian citizen LL, 48 years old, has been arrested, declared internationally wanted, with the aim of extradition to Albania.

This citizen was declared wanted pursuant to the 2023 decision of the Elbasan Court of First Instance (file passed to SPAK), which has assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses: "Murder for reasons of blood feud", "Providing means and conditions for committing murder", "Structured criminal group", in the special form of cooperation, "Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition".
