A citizen suspected of cultivating 150 narcotic plants in the village of Spathar has been arrested.

The mayor of this village is being prosecuted for abuse of office.

The seedlings are destroyed by burning.

As a result of controls with increased services and drones, as well as investigations with proactive methods, which are being carried out within the framework of the "Coordination" operational plan, with the objective of cracking down on the criminal activity of cultivating narcotic plants, the services of the Librazhd Police Commissariat ascertained and cracked a case in this area.

Citizen JR was arrested in the case, as he is suspected of cultivating 150 Cannabis Sativa narcotic plants in the village of Spathar.

Following the procedural actions, the proceedings were initiated in a free state, for the criminal offense of "Abuse of office", against the mayor of the village of Spathar, citizen N. Xh..

Controls continue throughout the territory of the Librazhd district.
