Alibej confesses how they tried to stop Bujar Çela from murdering

Erion Alibej, the repentant justice, continued his testimony at the Criminal Court.

He confessed that they tried to pin the murder of Emiljano Ramazan, which was committed on July 20, 2020, on Talo Çela's brother, Bujar Çela (executed on September 17, 2020).

He testified that together with Nuredin Duman, they planned to bury the murder weapon at Bujar Çela's house, but they were unable to carry out the crime.

"Bujar Çela is Talo Çela's brother, Talo's closest friend. He was a taxi driver. After the murder of Emiliano Ramazan, I discussed with Nuredin that we should place the murder weapon at Bujar Çela's house. I knew where his house was. I had an informant, Xhuliano Hoxha.

Bujar Çela had a police station near the house. Through Xhuliano Hoxha we wanted to find something that Bujar had touched with his hand, a bag, or something. I wanted to put the murder weapon in it and bury it near the house. Then I would signal the police through Leonard Palushi.

We couldn't achieve this and we discussed that, since he was a close friend of Talo, but even though he was doing work and moving for Talo Çela through the taxi, we decided to execute him.
