Klodiana Lala, on her show "On Target", has revealed the identity of one of the most important cocaine traffickers from Latin America to Europe.

It's about Armando Pacani, the character that Klodiana Lala breaks down on her show, who she says is "Most Wanted" in Brazil.

On Target

His is the story of a character whose life passed like a cloak, appearing and disappearing unnoticed, so much so that no one is said to have seen his shadow move through the gates.

A silhouette that had remained so until one day his presence was betrayed, from what was thought to be the security vault of every evildoer in the world.

The betrayal that today has the name of Sky Ecc, and that like many other ghosts who had secretly dedicated their lives to enriching themselves through drugs, seems to have put an end to the mystery of the Albanian who entered and exited seaports in Europe as if he were in his own apartment.

And from there, like a true juggler, he would move tons of cocaine from South America towards the old continent, becoming the largest drug buyer in Europe.

An Albanian who, often for his acting skills and his way of escaping without leaving a trace, had become a synonym for anxiety for law enforcement agencies.

Thanks to his outstanding gifts, as a first-rate magician, he had managed to 'break' even the beams in the safest ports in Europe, such as those in Germany and the Netherlands, as a successful receiver of large quantities of hard narcotics that crossed the ocean by ship with the initial destination being the ports of Brazil.

A character whom authorities in the most important South American country had been searching for for years, but whose whereabouts were only discovered in 2023, in Dubai, the refuge today where many of the world's criminals hide.

But who is this Albanian who is being sought so urgently by the justice authorities in Brazil today?

How did his name appear in the files of the largest South American country, as one of the most powerful buyers of cocaine in Europe?

And what was the criminal organization he collaborated with, where today his passport is the most sought-after by law enforcement authorities in Brazil, so much so that there is even an extradition request for him to the United Arab Emirates, where he has been hiding for a long time.

According to data provided by the show 'Në Shynjestr', Armando Pacani is wanted for trial by authorities in Brazil for at least two large shipments of cocaine, which the facts show that he himself ordered and received in two of Europe's main ports.

His origin is said to be from the city of Përmet. A city in southeastern Albania, known mostly for the flower pots on the balconies, the Përmet sazet and the citizenship of its inhabitants, rather than for potential criminal exponents. He is thought to have moved to Tirana with his family at a very young age. It is said that his father, Asqeriu, worked as a miner in the Krraba mine, on the outskirts of the capital, while his mother, Shqiponja, worked at the 'Stalin' Textile Factory in Tirana. After losing his father in a car accident in the mid-1990s, on the way back from Përmet where he had attended his father's funeral ceremony; an accident in which his nephew also lost his life, Armando Pacani at a very young age, like every other Albanian, as he grew up, decided to leave Albania and start a new life as an immigrant in Germany, from where records say that his uncle initially took care of him.

But as the years passed, he started working and created a new life, marrying a German citizen. A life that until now seemed to have nothing to mark in the column beyond the ordinary of an immigrant. who carries out his daily activity in a foreign country. But while up to this point everything seems to be going normally in his invisible life for the eyes of public opinion, it seems that this is not the case for those of justice, which in 2020 names the now 40-year-old as one of the most important characters of a criminal organization based in Brazil, which dealt with international drug trafficking and as one of the largest buyers of drugs that crossed the Atlantic Ocean and then made its way to Europe.

But how did Armando Pacani's name come to the fore and what was his role in this organization?

Is he really so important in this venture that Brazil is now eagerly asking the United Arab Emirates for his extradition?

According to data provided by the show 'Në Shënjestër', Armando Pacani, although an unknown name to Albanian justice, as he had carried out all of his criminal activity outside the territory of his home country, was initially equally unknown to Brazilian justice.

Justice that followed his name only after the discovery of a criminal organization based in the South American country.

But the leader was a Paraguayan named Rodrigo Paredes Alvarenga, a man who, thanks to his qualities and keen sense of smell, was able to quickly create his own empire in the real estate market, but who could not escape the trained eye of the authorities in Brazil, and not only.

They had realized that behind this wealth was a complicated international drug trafficking operation where the money earned by this organization was then invested in camouflaged companies, which invested in real estate worth millions of euros.

Alvarenga, the head of this group, who would be one of the people detained as part of the 'Hinterland' operation, against whom in March 2023, the judicial authorities in Porto Alegre, Brazil, took the preventive measure of imprisonment.

The Brazilian File

The investigations conducted show that Rodrigo Paredes Alvarenga is involved in cocaine trafficking in Brazilian territory, as well as in the systematic sending of these shipments abroad, which provided this citizen and other persons involved in this activity with considerable profits, which were then hidden through structured and complex mechanisms aimed at concealing the origin of the source of income from drug activity.

But before we get to the character of Alvarenga himself and his connection with the Albanian Armando Pacani, it is interesting to learn why Brazilian justice focused precisely on targeting the group led by him and turning this criminal organization into an example, which necessarily had to be not only unmasked but also punished as soon as possible.
