The specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic, in cooperation with the Special Force "Shqiponja", after the information received by Interpol Tirana, about a minor from Afghanistan, who was held by force, in a service station in the village of Berdica e Mesme, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Minoreni".

As part of the operation, it was possible to find the minor, in good health.

Also:

- an AP citizen, 18 years old, a resident of the village of Berdica e Mesme, Shkodër, was arrested in the act for the criminal offense of "Producing and possessing weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition without a permit";

- KP citizen, 33 years old (brother of the arrested 18-year-old) resident in Bërdicë village, was declared wanted for the criminal offense "Trafficking of minors";

- the citizens LP, 31 years old and AP, 57 years old (the other brother and the father of the 18-year-old arrested), both residents of the village of Berdica, were prosecuted for the criminal offenses "Manufacturing and possession without permission of weapons, weapons explosives and ammunition", "Concealment of income" and "Smuggling with other goods".

During the control carried out in the service owned by these citizens, the Police found and seized as material evidence an automatic firearm, a gun imitating noise, a pneumatic sports weapon and combat ammunition.

At the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, the work continues for clarification and complete legal documentation of the case, as well as for the capture and arrest of other persons involved in it./ CNA
