Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha has recounted his trip to Ecuador, and how the drug trade works there.

In the studio of ABC Live, his journey of several days in Latin America, where he saw closely how the Albanians organized the cocaine traffic in Ecuador.

Hoxha said that in Ecuador everything was run from the prison, as the biggest cartel heads were behind bars, but this did not prevent them from organizing their groups.

Currently in charge is Fito, who was known by such a nickname. I contacted him through the Albanians there. Albanians were important there. They are part, as representatives of important organizations that move drugs through the European market and Albania." said Hoxha.
