The two Russian citizens, Mikhail Zorin and Zvetlana Timofeeva, as well as the Ukrainian Fedis Alpatov, who are accused of the attack on the Gramsci factory, appeared before the court today.

The court has left them in "prison custody" while they seek freedom with the claim that they do not belong to Russian agencies.

The event was recorded on August 20 at the weapons dismantling plant in Gramash.

They physically clashed with the soldiers because they wanted to photograph the military facility.

During today's hearing, it was learned that the Ukrainian, Fedis Albatov, burst into tears in front of the jury.

He claims that he has never been to Russia and that he considers this country as an enemy because of the war in Ukraine.

He also confesses that his brother was crippled by the Russian bombings in Ukraine./ CNA.al
