Konflikti në Vorë/ Procedohet në gjendje të lirë Flamur Noka

Prokuroria e Tiranës ka nisur procedim në gjendje të lirë për Sekretarin e Përgjithshëm të PD, Flamur Noka pas konfliktit të ndodhur paraditen e sotme në Vorë.

Procedimi ndaj Nokës është bërë për veprën penale “Kanosja/dhunimi ndaj pjesëmarrësve në zgjedhje”.

Procedimi nisi pasi dy shtetas e kanë kallëzuar Nokën se i ka penguar në procesin e votimit.

Specialistët për Hetimin e Krimit Ekonomik dhe Financiar në DVP Tiranë, pasi komunikimit me Prokurorin referuan materialet në Prokurori, ku nisi procedimi në gjendje të lirë për shtetasin F. N, me detyrë Sekretar i Përgjithshëm i Partisë Demokratike, për veprën penale “Kanosja/dhunimi ndaj pjesëmarrësve në zgjedhje”.

Procedimi në gjendje të lirë nisi pasi në bazë të kallëzimeve të shtetasve Xh. A., 29 vjeç dhe M. D., 33 vjeç, ky shtetas ditën e sotme, në Vorë, i ka penguar dhe kanosur për të ushtruar të drejtën e votimit.

Materialet procedurale do t’i referohen Spak, për hetime të metejshme.
