Photographing the ballot/ Another person is arrested

Police have identified another case of vote-taking.

The structure for investigating electoral crimes in Librazhd has arrested a 43-year-old man.

The MF is suspected of photographing the ballot during the voting process. The police have also seized the mobile phone used in this case.

The Special Structures for the Investigation of Electoral Crimes Librazhd, under the direction of the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office, arrested citizen MF, 43 years old, in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense of "Violation of the secrecy of voting". Citizen MF, at polling station no. 2742, in the village of Spathar, during the voting process, is suspected of having photographed the ballot. The mobile phone used in this case was seized.

 

The materials were passed on to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
